Change the progressbars to blue in Windows 7
This is a slightly modified windows theme for Windows 7 RTM
It replaces the default green progress bars with cool blue progress bars complete with animation like the original ones.Changes both normal progress bars and taskbar progress bars.Does change 3rd party browser progressbars unless those browsers use Windows progressbars.
It should work both with x86 and x64
*No need to use Windowblinds and to search for themes
