Still rocking her forehead jewel, Miley Cyrus was in Madrid on Friday (November 5) for a meet and greet with fans and some PR ahead of the MTV Europe Awards.There have been so many dressed down candids recently, it's nice to see Miley looking glam again.
She wore a creamy blouse, leather pants, and Jerome C. Rousseau lace-up ankle boots (on-line at barneys, costing a pricey $895).
