Showing off her flirty side and sweet new bangs, Karolina Kurkova posed in her stripey dress and super-tall patent boots as she attended the Herve Leger Fall 2011 Fashion Show on February 15.

No definite ID for the dress - it looks very much like some of the Leger Fall and Pre-Fall Collection but not exactly like any of them - a modified design for KK maybe.
