Blake Lively at the Spike TV Scream Awards on October 16.Blake went for a kinda Grecian look in her flowing Lanvin gown which was paired with beige sandals and topped with a huge insect brooch from the brand too.
All the items are from Lanvin's Spring/Summer 2011 collection, so quite a while before they're available anywhere.
