Let me tell you about me. As in the real me. I'm born Mary Ruth Marte-Baloy on the 5th day of April 1994. My mom said I looked awful when I was born. :)) I was quite dark-skinned and flat-nosed. Pitty I don't have a picture :D In my process of growing up, my skin whitened and my nose developed.
When I was 9 months old, I managed to walk by myself. My mom told me that my grandmother wouldn't allow me to go out of the house when the weather is too hot. So I grew up afraid of the people :))
I was an entertainer when I started talking. At age of five, I'm already dancing in school programs. My relatives from the States would always search for me if they'd visit the Philippines. They call me "Sitsiritsit" because I seem to master that song :)) And at the age of five, I'm already a clever kid. Every song I sing has an equivalent of5 dollars. Haha...Think about those money! :D
O tama na, magtatagalog nako. So ayun, My elementary life was tormenting, and my highschool life was half tormenting. 'Wag niyo na akong tanungin. I always break down when that's the topic. Haha.
Okay, so personal things about me. My favorite color is black, violet and yellow. I HATE pink. 'Wag niyo na ring tanungin kung bakit. I'm a very jolly person but can be extremely emotional if something pushes me to. I don't wear slippers when I go out of the house. Never akong naging fan ng Havaianas and Impanema chu chu. Kahit ang ate ko ay ubod ng hilig diyan. For me, it's just a waste of money. 3000? isang pair ng tsinelas? Tapos tatapakan lang! No way! Hozay!
Obviously, napaka-Kurrriiiipoooot ko! :D haha..Kapag may gusto akong bilhin na damit or sapatos, I'll go for the mura.
I love spicy foods :) Favorite ko ang Bicol Express. Makikipagpatayan ako makakain lang niyan. Awryt, here's some trivias... :D

I've only had 2 crushes in my whole entire 16 years of existence :)) Weird ko 'no? Close kasi ako sa mga lalaki kaya medyo madalang ako magka-crush. My first crush was when I was in grade 6, I presume. The second one is when I was in 1st year. Pero wala, lahat nag-fade na. Maghahanap ulit ako ng magiging crush. Hahaha.. Hmmm...Few asked if they could court, ayaw ko. Bukod kasi na sa text lang nagsasabi ng ganoon, ayaw ko pa magkaproblema sa puso. Haha. At gastos ang pag-ibig. Peace! :D
I adore music. Haha. I learned playing the guitar when I was 5, 2 chords lang. G tsaka C. Haha..Then when I turned 9, doon na ako nagpursigi na matutong maggitara. Self-study lang sa song hits kasi madalas mag-brown-out noon. I can play a little bit of piano. Pero hindi ako marunong magbasa ng note :)) I used to play the flute pero limot ko na. Originally, I'm a dancer. Noong bata ako ay mahilig talaga ako magsayaw hanggang sa nawalan na ako ng gana. Then I tried singing. Ayos naman boses tao naman daw.
Both sides of my family are quite gifted. My father's side is full of musician and singers. My Lola, Papa's mother, plays the guitar and she rocks! In my mother's side, they were dancer. My Nanay, Mama's mother, is one hell of a ballroom dancer! Even if she was 50 back then, I've seen how she danced like a 22 year old dance instructor!
I have a sister named, Charmaine Marie Baloy. I look up to her because she's very smart. She was a valedictorian when she graduated from high school in St. Anne Montessori School. She was the editor in chief and the President of the student body at the same time. She took up nursing. When she graduated this year, she's suppose to be the Magna Cum Laude but the school didn't approve because she was a transferee.
I would've had a brother names Carl Matthew Baloy. He died after 8 hours of birth because way back in 1992, the hospital here in Kalibo lacked facilities. Wala yata silang incubator kaya hindi nabuhay ang Kuya ko. He was premature. My Ate and I are born in Manila.
Hmm.. What else? I want to be a doctor someday. I would've taken BS Biology but I have a feeling won't make it. I always follow my instincts.
What else? I love reading, writing and singing. Someday, I would want to build an orphanage and help street children. I believe in action speaks louder than words. I'm hopeless romantic yet I'm quite mailap with men :)) I'm crazy over Maroon 5, Doraemon, Jason Mraz and Mythology. Those are kinds that always lingers in my mind.
Some people say I look like a snob, well I'm not :) Medyo hindi lang ako nagsasalita kapag may ilangan. Pero kapag nakilala mo na ako ang got close to me, medyo makulit talaga ako. I thin I have ADHD. Haha. I lack attention kaya madalas ay gusto kong pinapansin. Selosa din ako in a sense na ang dapat na attention sakin ay dapat sakin lang. But I can deal with it, of course :) I'm clumsy. Hawak ng pinggan, basag, baso, basag. Haha. Well, baka nga may na-skip akong part ng childhood ko.
Lastly, I'm a rocker wannabe :) Music always saves me. :)
